Terms of use

Effective 15 October 2026

These terms describe permitted use of the private OpenGSC installation operated by Michael Burrows at seo.mzrdrains.com. Contact: mzrplumb@gmail.com.

Authorised use

The dashboard is for the operator and expressly authorised users. It is not a public subscription service. Only connect Google accounts and properties you are entitled to access, and protect your credentials and account sessions.

Purpose and limitations

The installation presents website performance information obtained from connected services and provides analysis tools. Reports can be delayed, incomplete or affected by upstream service limits. Search rankings, traffic, business results and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Verify important findings against the original data source.

Access and changes

The operator may restrict or withdraw dashboard access, disconnect integrations or suspend the installation for maintenance or security reasons. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another person’s data without permission or misuse connected APIs.

Google and third-party services

Use of Google and Cloudflare services remains subject to their applicable terms. This private installation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. OpenGSC is third-party software; this page does not replace its software licence.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains how this installation accesses, uses, stores and handles Google user data and how to revoke access or request deletion.

Responsibility

The installation is provided as available for private analysis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not warrant that reports are accurate, complete or available at all times. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
